Evelyn Hanrahan Dip IoD, Managing Director, Compliance, Governance and Training Ltd is currently undertaking the internationally recognised Chartered Director Programme with the Institute of Directors. This has resulted in her successfully being awarded the Diploma in Company Direction.
Evelyn worked extensively in the Retail Intermediary sector of the insurance industry prior to setting up her Compliance and Regulatory Consultancy practice in 2004.
With the increased emphasis and scrutiny of the Central Bank of Ireland on the Corporate Governance structures in regulated firms Evelyn said “this programme brings together all the strands of corporate governance which will further enhance the unique expertise in our company, as we continually support our clients in meeting the challenging regulatory requirements.”
Sarah Counihan LCOI CIP QFA, Compliance, Governance and Training Ltd joined our team in 2012 and has successfully completed the Professional Diploma in Compliance through the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland, the Certified Insurance Practitioner Programme with the Insurance Institute of Ireland and the Qualified Financial Advisor Programme with the LIA.
